DNA Reimbursement Form

The Foundation knows that participation in DNA research can become expensive, so it will now reimburse the owner up to $75 per dog to help cover these expenses for this very important work. If you have multiple PBGVs, submitting all at one time will help lower shipping costs, as the blood can be packaged and sent together.

The Foundation does require your vet put on your receipt the blood was drawn for CHIC DNA Repository submission and the shipping receipt show the CHIC address.
